Menu: Feb. 7th - 10th

MONDAY


Crab Cake w/ Red Pepper Penne 
& Roasted Veggies

"The Crab Cakes were fabulous!  Lots of lump meat and very little filler.  They were seasoned well and the veggies and pasta complimented them very well.  They were a nice end to a drab Monday!  Thanks and I will be ordering them again." - Denisha

Lump crab meat folded with spices, garlic and onion slivers.  No bread crumbs here!



TUESDAY

Caribbean Chicken w/ Basmati, Mango Salsa 
& Peanut Ginger Salad 
Grilled chicken breasts with a sweet, tangy, spicy and very flavorful mango jerk marinade.  Comes with mango salsa, basmati rice with a hint of coconut and a side salad with peanut ginger dressing.



WEDNESDAY
 Grilled Honey Mustard Salmon w/ Garlic-n-Herb Brown Rice 
& Grilled Veggies

A delicious hearty-healthy dinner!  Salmon marinated in a honey mustard sauce and briefly grilled.  Served with a very moist garlic and herb brown rice.   You wouldn't believe there's absolutely no oil or butter in it.  The veggies are grilled then tossed with fresh garlic and olive oil.



THURSDAY


Oven Roasted BBQ Chicken w/ Sriracha Slaw 
& Creamy Honey Cornbread

Split chicken breasts marinated with Ai's BBQ sauce then slowly roasted in the oven 'til tender and juicy.  Comes with a sweet and slightly spicy Sriracha slaw and corn bread with a creamy honey drizzle.
