Saigon Pulled Pork w/ Rice Noodles

"I think the Saigon Pulled Pork is one of my favorite.  It's even better
then the regular pulled pork.  I was glad that my husband wasn't home last
night so I could have lunch today!" -  Irene

Pulled Pork Saigon style!  Pork shoulder slow cooked with caramelized lemongrass and garlic.  Eat this with rice noodles, greens, herbs, crushed peanuts and fish sauce dressing.

Hoisin Jerk Chicken w/ Sticky Rice & Mango Salad
(New Dinner!)

A flavorful Asian Caribbean dinner exploding with multiple flavors and textures.  Chicken breast marinated with hoisin and crazy jerk spices.  Eat this with warm sticky rice, a salad of fresh greens with threads of sweet and tangy mango and a cilantro lime dressing.  I love it!

BBQ Pork Chops,  Spicy Fried Rice
& Napa/Red Pepper Salad w/ Orange Ginger Dressing

"The Pork Chops were Fantastic!!!" - Hilda

"The pork chops were fantastic last night.  We were sucking on the bones.
If I had not packed some for lunch, my husband would have eaten all of it.
=) Thanks!" - Irene

If you like sweet savory BBQ and spicy foods, this is for you!

Crispy Ginger Fish w/ Rice Noodles

*$2/25 or 4/$45*

"This is mine and Irene's favorite!" - Hilda

I make this for a lot of our family gatherings (especially the Asian ones).  Yes, it's a whole fish, with bones and all!  If you've never tried eating fish on the bones, you definitely need to start with this.  The fish is rubbed with garlic and ginger and fried til nice and crispy.  To serve, just take a knife and lift at the two cut slits and pull apart from the bones. Place fish on top of rice noodles, salad and drizzle on some fish sauce.
(If you're absolutely terrified of the fish head, just let me know and I'd be glad to remove it prior to packing!)

To Reheat:  You can either bake it at 350/375 til crispy or do a quick broil for a few minutes.
