Menu: Feb. 28th - Mar. 3rd

MONDAY

 Pulled Pork Tacos

Pulled pork with cilantro rice, lettuce, black bean & corn salad, two soft tacos and a creamy ranch sauce.


TUESDAY


Kung Pao Chicken w/ Noodles 

"I absolutely LOVED your take on the Kung Pao Chicken! It was delish!! And since it was homemade with fresh ingredients, I'm sure it was WAY healthier than take-out. I don't have to feel bad about eating KP Chicken, and it's one of my favorites. So thanks!!" - Amy

 
Crispy chicken tossed with a savory sweet kung pao sauce and peanuts. 
Served with stir fried veggies and noodles. (Peanuts packed separately)


 To reheat chicken, place in oven at 350/375 til crispy.  If you want to and have the time, you can also throw the peanuts in there to for a few minutes to "wake" them up. 



WEDNESDAY



Caribbean Fish w/ Black Beans & Rice
Peanut Ginger Slaw & Plantains

This is one of those dinners better eaten than described.  Grilled mango jerk tilapia on top of a variety of flavors and textures.  




THURSDAY


Calamari Marinara w/ Linguine 
& Roasted Veggies

Every time our family shares a calamari appetizer, I never feel like I get enough. If you know what I'm talking about, you will love this dinner. You will get an entree-sized serving of calamari with linguine and a home-made marinara sauce.

Instructions:

Reheat calamari in oven at 375 until crispy.
