MONDAY


Chicken Piccata Spaghetti w/ Grilled Pear Spinach Salad


"The chicken piccata was fantastic!  We LOVE the grilled pear salad.  For
once, we actually finished all the salad." - Irene

Get ready for a delightful combination of flavors on your plate!  Garlic sauteed chicken breasts with a creamy white wine caper sauce over spaghetti (you won't believe it's actually whole wheat!).  Although no picture available, the spinach salad can stand on its own.  Spinach, grilled pears, roasted pecans, artichoke hearts and feta tossed with a white wine vinaigrette.  


TUESDAY

Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin w/ Garlic Angel Hair
& Apple Pecan Salad w/ Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Pork loin wrapped in bacon then pan seared and topped with a reduction made of caramelized onions, apples and red wine. 

WEDNESDAY

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

Soft tacos with crispy shrimp tossed with a spicy creamy Bang Bang sauce over cilantro rice, black beans, tomatoes, salad and a cumin cilantro sauce.  



THURSDAY

Lemongrass Beef w/ Rice Noodles

 Grilled lemongrass beef with greens, fresh slaw and rice noodles.  Served with fish sauce and peanuts (packaged separately).
